Please be aware that should we not have your chosen item in stock there is a waiting time, unfortunately. There are different waiting periods depending on the product ordered. Happy tables can take up to 3 - 4 months. Bingas can take between 2 - 3 weeks. Some of the products may be once offs too and therefore it may not be possible to order more. Therefore please be aware that some products currently advertised on the site, I may not be able to get, unfortunately. Dyes are also becoming increasingly more difficult to source and getting baskets into Cape Town is a lot more time consuming. All in all, a very frustrating time indeed!! We ask for your patience when waiting on orders, please. Thank you so much x
We ask you to appreciate the fact that each item is handmade and therefore the different products may vary slightly, in size, colour, weave, and pattern. Measurements are more than often approximates. Sometimes sets of things, for example, the placemats and the small baskets, their designs are forever changing, therefore what arrives may be different to what is seen on the site. This will be communicated prior to order.
Should you need your purchase to be couriered to you, the transportation cost is for your expense.
We are open to wholesale prices on bigger orders. We have agreements in place for designers and decorators, but please know that percentages may vary on the different products due to the many influential factors. We are always open to discussion and keen to explore opportunities. Just give me a shout as we change up and increase our product range continuously.
